Under-19 Basketball Championship -2017 at Ansal Technical Campus

Ansal Sports Academy at Ansal Technical Campus organized first Under-19 Basketball Championship on 29-08-2017.

The Championship continued on 30th and 31st august, 2017. The participants were given the participation certificates, medals and befitting shields and trophies. This is to encourage the interest of the youth towards sports as per the statement of Dr. R.K. Yadav, Director, Ansal Technical Campus, Lucknow and also to celebrate the National Sports Day.

Indo-US sponsored workshop on 'Supply Chain Management System:

An international workshop on 'Supply Chain' was sponsored and organized jointly by Ansal Technical Campus, Lucknow and Clemson University, USA on 23 March, 2013 in Delhi. The objective of this Industry-University International Conference was to bring industry and academia on a platform to share their experiences and ideas. The focus of the conference was on challenges in construction, automotive and retail. The academicians updated the participants how educational institutions are supporting industry to navigate the supply chain challenges to ensure the sustainable growth in days to come. This conference was entirely funded by the Clemson University, USA.

The conference was attended by the distinguished heads of the reputed industries and academia.

The conference is in a series in which the 2nd Conference is being held on 21-22 February 2014 and in this case it would be a 2 day event covering Construction, Energy, Retail, Pharmacy and Transport industries.

Seminar on 'Integration of Pedagogy of Education in India and US'

A seminar on 'Integrating of Indo-US Teaching Pedagogy' was conducted on 26th Oct, 2013. The seminar was chaired by Ms. Farida Abraham, Principal of La Martinere, Lucknow in which Prof. Bill Ferrell of Clemson University was the distinguished speaker. The seminar focused on serious need of quality improvement in higher technical education in India. In this meet of intellectuals, Prof. M P Singh threw light on the international twinning program and the Executive Dean, Dr. Anirban Das demonstrated the research projects, executed by the students of AITM, Lucknow. The principals of 30 prestigious schools of Lucknow and Kanpur attended this seminar.

A workshop on "Network & Information Security: Emerging Challenges and Practices"

The objective of this workshop was to provide the basic principles of information/network security from the perspective of providing security awareness and its best practices for the real world applications. It is also aimed at increasing the state-of-the-art technologies for protection of network and network-accessible resources from different types of attacks. Furthermore, a handful of security tools are demonstrated to provide opportunities to the participants to update their knowledge and allow them to interact for further collaborative works.

This workshop was endorsed and supported by Prof. R K Khandal, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of Uttar Pradesh Technical University. 80 faculty members from various reputed engineering institutes attended this 4-day workshop.
